Little Acorns,  where little minds grow, friendships blossom and every child is encouraged to shine.

Nestled at the heart of Poulner Infant School and Nursery, Little Acorns is a happy, nurturing and inspiring place where children aged 2 to 4 years can play, explore, discover and grow.

We believe that every child deserves the very best start in life. Our dedicated and caring team creates a warm, welcoming and inclusive environment where every child feels safe, valued and confident to be themselves. Through exciting play-based learning experiences, we nurture curiosity, independence, creativity and a lifelong love of learning.

Our children enjoy wonderful opportunities to explore both indoors and outdoors, with their own dedicated play spaces and access to the school's extensive grounds, Forest School area, library and hall. Being part of the wider school community also helps our children develop a sense of belonging and supports a happy, confident transition into school.

At Little Acorns, we recognise that parents and carers are a child's first and most important educators. We value strong partnerships with families, working together to celebrate every child's achievements and support their individual journey.

We offer term-time nursery provision for children from the age of two until they start school.
